Can someone help me on acquiring an ASME publication dated 1964 0r 1974.

R.C. Spencer, K.C. Cotton, and C. N. Cannon, “A Method for Predicting the Performance of Steam Turbine Generators - 16,500 kW and Larger

I would really appreciate your help on posting the link for this publication. I need the discussion on exhaust loss curve calculations regarding the turbine annulus velocity.
