Please find here the requested standard.

Thank you to ricardof for english version (thank you also to Welding Inspector.SCWI).

In attached you can find a excel file finded on internet in which the lifting lugs is verified according to DIN 28086.
Plese note that the formulas are different. Do you have an idea where i can find in literature a verification like this.
