Assistance on Storage Decision

I am making a decision on storage tanks for a Class IIIA Combustible Liquid. I have been told that I should use Frac Tanks, but this is application is for permanent storage. I have only used Frac Tanks for temporary storage in the past. Anyone have thoughts on this?

My two cents:
you didnt explain the method of operation of this tank (how often is loaded unloaded, the capacity, the type of the plant and the purpose of this tank/liquid)
i think you should go for normal tank with proper bounded area open drain pit and all relatives ancilliares (such as level control etc etc)

unfortunately i'm not aware of costs of both the solutions
