Seriously though - you want advice? A good piece of advice is to ask clearly defined questions - you'll be far more likley to get a clear answer

Get yourself grounded with your job, and at least get to a point where you know enough to know what areas you need help with. Come back and ask specific questions, ideally in a way that demonstrates that you've done some investigating yourself already, and you'll probably be pleasantly suprised at the help you get.
