It could the Operating system you are using. Maybe you need to installa a complement for windows 7 or what you are using to be able to read the help tutorial. You can download it from the microsoft web.

bhushanpc dude, you have to look up in google for "how to use or activate de help function on win 7", something like that. You will find and will have to install "Windows6.1-KB917607-x64.msu" or "Windows6.1-KB917607-x86.msu" depending of your win system. maybe you will need to install "GenuineCheck.exe" too.
