ASPEN PLUS DYNAMCS V72 Crash Problem

hi,
i have installed aspen one V72 in windows Vista with 710 licens..
Whenever i try to run aspen plus dynamics the system crashes and it says aspen modeler v72 stopped working
I installed and uninstalled the software several times but nothing happened
Does anybody know what is the problem and what i should do about this?(Aspen plus and HYSYS work ok)
One weird thing during the installation is that there is a opo up message that Aspen based refinery reactors couldnot be configured.

HELP PLEASE i need to run as soon as possible(project running)!!!

have you tried to disable your aero theme??
