not quite what I am looking for, but thanks for the post.

I am **not** looking for a structural analysis book.

I am looking for an ASCE publication that has detailed methods and codes about designing plastic material (NOT plastic design methods). specifically, I a need to design some structures made out of FRP composite materials. All the manufacturer's tell me to refer to this ASCE publication.

I am surprised that no one else has been able to post regarding this publication. Perhaps it has been confused with plastic design methods???

Hopefully someone can post regarding this.
