Sir this is a brazilian norms, all the brazilian norms are badly copy's of, API, AFNOR, NFPA, BS, ANSI/ASME, NACE etc......

With respect to another member's I will answer in brazilian language, because I am a brazilian man, caro senhor eu sou brasileiro infelizmente por simples acaso, resido no estado de sao paulo e trabalho na area de petroleo, quimicos e petroquimicos ha 22 anos, nossas normas para nada valem, sao realmente copias muito mal feitas das que se encontram a disposicao no planeta, minha intencao nao foi ofende-lo, ok?
