dear all,
i have some problem with design of hydrostatic testing area of pressure vessel and other pressurized equipments.
we have some pressure vessels and some pressurized equipments that need to be tested. but so far we test it in an open area with police line, and other markings to keep unauthorized persons get in the way. and yet still we think this procedure is not quite safe. so we have an idea to localized the hydrostatic (pressurized) testing on a special testing area. we will put concrete walls to surrounds the test subject.

maximum pressure load to be used approximately 20K - 25 K PSIG (on some special equipments)
but the most often pressure load we use during the test approximately 300 - 2.5K PSIG

so, the question is .. are there any of you who have some references or maybe some calculations to define the thickness of this concrete walls?
any other ideas for safety improvements are always welcome..

and thanks in advance,
