Dear engineers

You can use extension of hysys Saturate function.
Enter air composition (N2, O2, Ar) then for each pound of the air (Enter) add 0.03 pound of water. This is an approximation, because the psychrometric chart does not extent RH & 45 C. Do you know the wet bulb temp?
Thanx suchart
but where could I set the relative humidity by using saturate extension? It saturates the air stream with enough amount of water not specifically 70% , I think.
Dear mobek
would you please describe the procedure, if the ambient temperature is 25°C ?
I use the attached software to compute the wet bulb temperature,

There is a file missing from the psychrocalc program you attached.
sorry, try this one:

sorry again, ambient temperature is 25°C
Ok, now it makes sense! @25C & 70%RH you have to add 0.0135 lb of water to each lb of air.
It's a straightforward thing, just use the psychrometric chart.
By the way, do you have the hysys saturate extension file? if you do, pls share it with me.
here you are, the hysys saturate extension
