Yes, Mr Welder you helped me greatly, I was trying to track the changes in the STI standard, I had heard that they originally allowed a 653 to do their inspections but changed in the 4th edition to require an Adjunct Certification to inspect small tanks according to their code.

The direction to the Pennsylvania site was helpful also, they have a lot of info on their site.

I am still looking for a newer sp031 and the API 341 and D16 as they are referenced in the sp001
