Hope you all are doing good.

In some of our gas wells which are high water producing well and due to this these wells are bean down to control water production from these wells.

We have down hole safety valve in the gas well tubing & these valves are periodicaly tested in every six months..Is it neccessary reqires to test this valve in regular intervals.
Please tell what is the industry practice within india n outside india for testing frequency of this valve ..
Why i am asking this because every time when we are doing testing of these valves high water producing wells are getting loaded and wells getting logged up.
So suggestions are welcome if any alternate solution can be applied so that well should not get logged up.
