  1. Aspenone 7.2 installation instructions for win7 32/64bit (not using windows xp mode)

    1st of all

    Guys..

I will not answer any questions anymore ,, if u ask with private messages.

I am getting lots of questions and most are the same..

If u have a question please post in the thread so I dont need to answer the same question everytime to a differnet member please ask here and I will answer it as soon as I can

Here is wht I did,, so simple.. tried it on 2 computers both with win 7 64bit Ultimate ( tested with all AspenOne V 7.2 products and all works)

    - disable UAC (User Account Control)

[link Point to another website Only the registered members can access]
    - Run lic gen and wait for it to finish. (will take a while), while waiting check pdf file (link at the bottom)

    - Install MSQL server backword compatibility

    h tt p://h otfile.com/dl/116198115/4b7d227/SQLEXPR_RUS.rar.html

    - Load Aspenone V7.2 DVD and autorun will start

    - Once the autorun loads up, choose products and a new window will pop up, (a valid license is required) press ok

    - New window will appear, press install

    - Select standalone for license configuration type.

    - Click Next

    - Select Add license

    - Go to C:/ Drive (windows 7 installation drive) select AspenOne from C:/ drive root and select LSERVC_********.Lic

    - Then open.

    - You will see the license being generated for one or two min. (710 license found) after that click next

    - No need to add server, just click next

    - Keep clicking next if required, then go and install AspenOne products (hysys and everything else u need)

    - skip username password and doamin

    - restart after installing

    Notes

    - if u were asked during the installation for standalone or server, choose standalone.

    - if u had an error during installaion (MSQL not running), choose yes to enable it.
