Good day Iam looking for colleges , institutes, corporation offering drilling engineering courses and practical training in fields. I got tired from searching in the internet without result.
If any one have a good destination and information regarding to above subject kindly help me . Moreover whats the best universities offering Msc in petroluem engineering in UK , Germany , malaysia ?????

There isn't such thing as the best university. I am not sure whether you are talking about tuition fees.

What I mean by best is as you said best in fees moreover the reputation of the university and the strength of its certificates.
