DETAILED COMPARISON OF 2D & 3D TECHNIQUES FOR SEISMIC EXPLORATION WORK

so far i only know some what about 2d acquisition only but regarding 3d only a little much tht the terms such as receiver, source , cdp etc.. are different in 3d n theres the grid pattern in it
pls help me out with it
