Anyone knows if AspenPlus is able to simulate the enzyme (cellulase) purification ?

Hello ,

I'm currently working on the simulation of cellulase purification. I'm new to Aspen modeling and was wondering if anyone know how to simulate the process in Aspen. Based on the literatures about enzyme purification, I believe microfiltration, ultrafiltration will be involved in the process. I have issues with these as well.
