I suggest you to post your request in the Safety and Environment Forum. Maybe you will get luckier.

I looked at the NFPA 2002 codes and could not find a document named T3.5.1. I have not seen before than kind of numbering for an approved NFPA code or standard. I also checked in

There is no such nfpa code as you had specified " NFPA T3.5.1:2002 (R2010)". I suggest that you check your requirement so that we may able to assist . . . may be this is reference table from one of the NFPA codes that you had specified.
