[Ask] sand jetting & sand pan

Dear friends,
I want to ask something

usually in crude oil wash tank that use to separate oil-water, sand will accumulated in the bottom of the tank. to remove the sand, usually we use sand jetting system and sand pan in tank & high pressure of water will jets to the tank to remove the sand.

can you all help me to answer the questions below :
- please share to me the literature to design sand jetting & sand pan in the tank
- how much the comparison between water and sand in volume? I mean if I want to remove 10 ft3 of sand, how much water that I need to jet?
- how was the arrangement of the sand jet piping and the nozzles in the tank? ( if you have P&ID of sand jetting & sand pan in tank, please share to me)
- If you have a real photo about sand jetting & sand pan, please share to me.
