Aspen dynamic problem

Hi..
I need some help with aspen dynamic simulation, here is my problem,

when i initialize my simulation, i get some warnings about some of my variables is near singular..for example, backflow.F.. but the initialization process is completed. I try to continue with dynamic, but the dynamic run only last less than an hour then integrator failed.

does anyone know what to do with this problem??

In the first step of running dynamic simulation is to control volume of the process also check if the controller selected for the operation is working right(reverse/direct) then check for other controller if they are not near its range otherwise try using other values in steady state

I need help regarding aspen dynamics 2006.0, here is my problem. Iam running aspen dynamics 2006.0,But in Exploring items --Libraries--Dynamics-control models ---PID model is not having.
does anyone know what to do with this problem??
