Iam working on the project energy cost reduction over distillation column in this regard iam working on SHRT(simple heat recompression technique) i want to design a distillation column plz help me

what is your feed to column especially at top what is the vapor composition. If you know that you need talk to vendor. I assume you have water vapor at top?

Sir i am using pre falsh technology this means that first crude oil enters into the column and nephta is collected at the top and then bottom product is send to the second distillation unit which is muticomponent that splits crud to overhead, gases,kerosine,and much more and last one is residue as bottom product iam sending you pfd of conventional and advance technology i want help to design it.....
