In this moment i start to design a combined cicle to suply steam (put the actual boilers in backup) and produce electricity. Expert to the grid the excess.
The power plant design are made with ASTM, CEI, ISO standards.
but
in refineries the standards are API.
What are the API standards and refinery requirements for:
Mechanical, Process, Control, Electrical, Safety, Environmental ?

I know today that the Oil Companies (BP, FIMA, ...) have a list of standards (BS, API, ...) thats applies to refineries.
Who can give me these list.
