How much openhole lenght does your liner have cover? Whats the openhole size? Whats the ID of the previous casing?

How much linerlap length (overlap with the previous casing) do you need? 100'? 150'? 200' etc?

You'll probably need both DP and HWDP in running the liner.

If you are concerned with the tensile limits of your running string, then yes you must add the 'buoyed' weight of the liner and the running string and check wether this exceed the tensile limit of the pipe + some safety factor.
