Please provide your feed back regarding the use of the cadmium (for example bolts cadmium plated),

Now what I know, this product (cadmium) is forbidden for the use because is dangerous, but where this (forbidden) is write, Law, Standards,…?

Paragraph 4.5.5 Liquid Metal Embrittlement
States that cadmium plating in the presence of high strength steel can result in -----ing that is very sudden and brittle in nature. I have witnessed LME in action and can attest that this failure mechanism is real. A common combination in the field that I have observed is galvanized lap joint flanges on 300 series stainless piping. In a fire case, LME can seriously aggrevate the situation, causing piping to fail suddenly and catastrophically.
