As a new member, I've been browsing old posts. I see someone wanted the DNV offshore QRA guidance, but didn't see anywhere that it had been offered. If I missed that bit, sorry, but I have this document if anyone (still) wants it.

Someone will have to explain to me how to share it though, or post an e mail address to send it to. Does this site allow PMs ?

I also saw a reference to the Green book, but when I looked at this it was in Dutch - not my best language. Does anyone have this in English ?
