Guys,
I am looking for a document or a standard that talks about the different stages of a process design starting from initial idea, then conceptual then front end engineering and finally detailed engineering. What I would like to see is what different documents should be prepared for each phase and what is the level of details in each phase.

I hope somebody can help me and help every body here
