IEEE STD for oil & gas industry power distribution

Is any body have similar IEEE STD for oil and gas/petrochemical Industry Power Distribution like IEEE-277 for cement plant , rather than typical IEEE STD-141 for all Industries ?

If any body have it plz upload it ....
