    Tutorial : How to start a running job with the OLGA GUI



    The input system of Olga consists in six files. Input file 1 & 2 are always required while 3,4,5 & 6 are optional.
    For our test, only input files 1 &2 have been taken into consideration.
    File 1 (SimName.inp): General case definition: name, reference, geometry, operational conditions, output variables. With the Graphic User Interface (GUI) this file is automatically generated.
    File 2 (SimName.tab): Fluids properties definition ( also called PVT file ) .You have to click on Case(1) to open your file in order to verify all your parameters.




    After that you can click on Keywords (2) to open the keyword window : you will be able to enter all the data needed for the case by clicking on the desired key words. For a simple case it is not necessary to go through all the keywords. Just follow step by step the procedure :

    The main Keywords are usually used and completed:
    - File,
    - Material,
    -Wall,
    - Geometry/pipe,
    - Node,
    - Branch,
    - Boundary,
    - Initial conditions,
    - Profile,
    - Source,
    - Output,
    - Trend.

    Click on file in the keywords window. The file window will appear.



    The window let the user define its PVT file .tab.
    In this case it is the tacite3.tab

    Click on material in the keywords window. The material window appears :



    In this window, you can create the material that constitute your pipe (Material-1, Material-2, etc...), you enter the characteritics of the material in the Solid/Fluid Section.

    Then click Next...until you come up to the WALL window...

    Here, you select WALL-1 then your MATERIAL-1 and you enter the thickness value.




    Click next until you come up to GEOMETRY/PIPE window...

    how use Contollers in Olga, i need set the pump speed when pressure in discharge is hight than 30 bars
