of Inst Flow Rates Avg at Actual Conditions and Inst Flow Rates Avg at
Standard Conditions

The difference might be caused that the real time values
of Inst Flow Rates Avg at Actual Conditions are referred to actual real time pressures and temperatures meanwhile Inst Flow Rates Avg at
Standard Conditions are corrected to pressure and temperature at the standard condition (14.7 psia and 60 deg. F).

i think those differences may come up because the calculation that refer to ideal condition shall be adjusted by such factors to deal with the current real time conditions though..
eventually the computing process generate some errors that affect the results... therefore better if the based calculation formula to be checked again to ensure the correct formula to be used later..
