Does anyone has a example of "User's Design Specification" according to ASME VIII Div. 2, please provide it.

attached is a sample UDS. Make sure you use the applicable code as this UDS is for 2008 addenda. Also a few attachments are missing but this will give you a good idea for preparing UDS. IMPORTANT this UDS include a fatigue assessment as per Code

I would like to ask about the situation that i face now as below:

"The user has a vessel that has been constructed per ASME 8 Div 2 1998 Edition. On 2012 there are doing the vessel alteration whereby they include 2 more nozzles for level instrument at this vessel. "

Do they have to design it according to the latest edition of ASME 8 Div 2 addenda 1998 that require UDS and RPE endorsement? Anyone can clarify this? Thanks.
