Is anyone have an idea or can share a handbook on how to calculate/design the required Rig Horspower and equipements for Drilling, Workover and Completion operations.

You need API BULL D10. The paper is from 1973 but simple and straight forward. Some calculations you can perform with a computer software (easier).
