With RODSTAR-V, you enter a "target" production and have the program automatically calculate the pumping speed, plunger size, and the optimum rod string design, pumping unit size and motor size you need to make your production. IPR integration allows you to have RODSTAR-V calculate the target production from pump intake pressure or fluid level, or to calculate the pump intake pressure from a target production or entered pumping speed. Visualize Wellbore DeviationAfter you enter (or import) the deviation survey for your well, you can see a 3-D plot of the wellbore. This is an interactive plot you can spin around with the mouse to look at different views, zoom in, etc. The program shows the different sections of the rod string with different colors. You can also access this 3-D plot while you are entering deviation data manually. Visual Input RODSTAR-D for Windows has a Visual Input window with a representation of the Rod Pumping System. Hotspots are available on the display which can be clicked to navigate directely to the relevant page or field for input.
This visual input allows you to simply point to the part of the system you want to modify and select which variable to change. Then you can rerun the report and you immediately see the effects of the change.
No Per-Run ChargesRODSTAR-D for Windows is available for a one-time licensing fee. A monthly lease-purchase option is also available.

Hi Friends...
I've the intention to create a simulator under GPL License based on the Wave Equation Method for Rod Pumping Systems* but i need some technical information about it* and maybe some software to study it and start to work... Please* if anyone have something of my interest i will be glad if sharing...
