Aspen plus crash

my aspen plus v7.0 always crash whenever i try to do azeotrope search or ternary maps conceptual design.

my laptop specification :
Core2 duo T6400 @2.00 Ghz
RAM 3072 mb
OS : windows 7

Could someone help me with this problem?

i have found the way to reduce the occurence of that problems..

on the Aspen PLUS v7.0 --> Tools --> Options --->advanced tabs
disable the windows visual theme...

it works for me...
