Can anyone please guide how to calculate the Flash point of the petroleum blend using Hysis or Pro II?

I have some problems with flashpoint determination methods. As far as I know, the typical method is Pensky Martens (ASTM D 93) for a Diesel Fluid, concretly HSD. This fuel, is provided by an Indian oil company. In the health and Safety Executive (

Pensky- Martens closed cup: 66ºC.

What's wrong? or Have I made a mistake in any hypothesis?
