Actually what I need exactly is API-13A Specification for Drilling Fluids Materials, which is the standard procedure to test the quality of drilling fluid additives

Please if you have a newr version from the same standard please share, because what i looking for is the stand. test for low-viscosity polyanionic cellulose (PAC-LV), high-viscosity polyanionic cellulose (PAC-HV), beacuse the older versions does not contain this stand test.
