please help chemcad

i am trying to install chemcad but didn't have any luck with it!
i am using windows vista home basic 32 bit
- visual studio 2008
- visual basic 6 professional

i have tried

chemcad 6.0.1 iso image version
problem: it crashes when we i click licences in use( the key is validated by lnd ******)

chemcad 6.1.4
it crashes after "initializing vsta"
..................................................
chemcad 6.2.0.3348
it crashes during installation
..................................................

please can any one provide me a link of the working chemcad software

This is V6.3.1 and works good for me, I tested on WIndows XP and Virtual PC
