I am presenting a case study for ZERO FLARE. The enclosures are:
1. P &ID showing various equipments with Pressure Temperatures at various streams
2. Composition of Gas(Saturated)
3. Property of synthetic oil(CP-4601-100)
4. PFD COPY
5. INPUT FILE
DESCRIPTION OF PROCESS:
The saturated natural gas of composition given is pre-cooled,sent through KOD and then to suction of Howden Screw Compressor. The gas is compressed in single stage. The outlet temperature is at 110Deg C which is a mandatory requirement. Since the compressor is Oil-Flooded, the mixture of gas and oil is pushed through OTS(Oil Tank Seperator),oil seperated, then flows through Secondary filter and finally to discharge KOD. There is a bypass line for start up through Control Valve.
The seperated oil is drawn through oil pumps, cooled in an oil cooler and then filtered goes back to the compressor.
We need to solve this chemical simulation and I need the final Heat and Material balance.
I would like to know the functions of:
1. ADJ s shown there
2. RCY shown there.
How can we control the ADJ as well RCY from the point of process.
If any one of our honourable members can solve this, would be grateful.
