Different interface between vista and 7

Hi all, i need some helps

i installed AspenOne v7.0 on my friend's windows 7 laptop...the program is running well.
now i'm trying to install the same program on my vista 32 bit laptop..the program is running also..
the problem comes when i try to make some project based on Luyben book...
In my aspen plus i cant find setup>specification>global sheet..under setup there are only stream class, report option, unit sets, custom uom, currency, and stream price.
i look in my friends laptop, there is setup specification sheet...

does anyone know what to do with this problems.. without this specification global sheet i cant change the option with free water availability...

How you ran that program? in Windows 7 it is not accepting license right? I tried on Windows Ultimate, which one you used?

I used 7 Home Premium...i think you can find the installation procedure somewhere on this forum...
