Request : Welding Design

I don't know if this thread should be in Civil and Structural Engineering but I hope someone could contribute to this.

Im looking for a book called :
A guide to designing welds By John Geoffrey Hicks

Hope anyone knows about this book can post the link here.

Perhaps, anyone who have any material (i.e: spreadsheet, calculation note, referring note, books ) regarding to determined welding sizes and calculation, hope you could post it here too.

I'm the midst of designing my welding thickness for lifting purpose. I'm quite afraid the welding could break when lifting.
