Design Natural Gas demands

Hi guys
i just joined this marvelous form
i am in bad need of what is the codes or references which be useful
if i want to know what is the building natural gas requirements
if i have the kitchen area , kitchen equipments electrical demand
the people will suppose to eat like the restaurant capacity (to serve 2000 people/day)

can you guide me? or give me a lead
