Question about the energy computed in hysys

Please excuse if I bother you with my question.
I am learning to use the Hysys software, and I found something I can´t find an explanation, and I thought maybe you can help me or at least, you can help me find the right person to ask my question:
It is regarding to the enthalpy and heat computed in hysys, why the value computed is in both cases negative, and also, if i see a mollier diagram for the steam , is not the same value that i compute in hysys.
I been trying to find the answer in the manuals, but i can not find an explanation.
I really appreciate if you can help me to clarify my doubt.
