i did B.Tech in Chemical Engineering and currently working as a Sales Engineer and this is nowhere related to my field.I think this is not a good career option and I want to change my field.i want to become a good process engineer.can anyone please guide and advice me.

The only answer is to look for work on the process/petrochemical/chemical/petroleum industry. Take your resume to your local companies, dont wait till they offer jobs. Also if you think that with your experience you can sell/offer them a project, go and do it.
It depends whether you are interested in which of the two major fields of Process Engineering i.e Design or Operation..................
