Orifice Calculation

Dear Sir

Please send me orifice calculation for following parameter:

Temperature : 400C
Pressure : 60 Kg
Flow : 60 Ton/hr
Fluid : Steam

I have software, but i want theoritical calculation. Please share it with me

Alsorelated to Orifice Calculation is orifice plate machining to match the calculation. Can somebody upload ISA RP 3.2
