What are the industry standards or practices for the process of selling and buying large cargoes – via ships, 30000 – 50000 ton cargoes - of petroleum products such as gasoline and diesel from the international market, specifically concerning measurements for determination of quality and quantity, ship or shore tank figures, third party testing, etc…
