Jet fuel pipeline cleaning and related standards

Dear fiends ...

Currently, im working in Angola, i have installed a small pipeline 3 " (made from seamless steel) from a steel storage tank in order to supply a turbine with jet b fuel.

I have now to define the cleaning process of the pipeline, because the first analisys of the fuel gave bad specifications.

Can someone please sent me API RP 1540, and other material or opinion that can help me on this case?
