Aspen License problem

I got a problem with my Aspen. After a normal time, my aspen can't be opened. It announced that: "Unabe to acquire AEA_HYSYS_Process license". Could any one help me?. Although I resetup but program can't running.

maybe you have changed the directory where you saved the file that contains the license (format. lic)

try it: delete all folders relative to program, reinstall the program in any directory in C:\ (but no in C:\Programs ) and generate the license file. Copy the file in the directory in which you have installed the program (example C:\AspenTech\....)

license file should be copy to "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Hyprotech\Shared\" folder

you can read the procedure in the file .txt
Copy dll to 'C\Program Files\Common Files\Hyprotech\Shared' folder
Copy lservrc(the license file) to '\Program Files\Hyprotech\HYSYS 3.2' folder
but as i said above, try to install in C\hyprotech\hysys3.2

Hey guys, can anyone give me a******* of a ******erator for hysys 2006? the file i downloaded has a -----..but it nost working....it says "unable to aquuire......" plz plz plz help..i need this for my thesis

I have got same problem, it would prompt me that it couldn't find the Aspen Process lisence. "AspenHysys.exe" missing. This is Aspen Hysys v8.0 am talking about.
Help anyone.

I would like someone to help. I installed AspenOne hysys v8.0 and have used it for about five months but suddenly it became unstable and I saved my work and closed the program. Since then I have not been able to launch the program on my PC. I have uninstalled and re-installed several times without being able to launch it again on the PC.

I am thinking of resting my PC to factory settings. Kindly assist with any idea that may help.
