From the information on the network, it seems that the PDF file of ASME B 31.3 - 2018 Process Piping has a
security encryption and DRM protection.

Please, anyone who has the file in hand here, let's JOIN AND TRY TO REMOVE DRM FROM
ARCHIVE, as we did years ago with other standards, which had the same problem.

Let's unite around this problem with this file, if not, it will never get in our hands, for this reason
which has not yet appeared available.

As far as I understand from ASME Pages, ASME B31.3-2018 edition have not published yet right?

Is there anybody who knows the reason?
