ISO standard for Vacuum technology

Dear All,

Please support me to find out ISO standard, we have oil lubricated vane vacuum pump for milking machine , but our customer need what is tolerance limit of the flow rate of vacuum pump. I need standard for flow rate tolerance of vacuum pump.
