Dear All, I am working in an Amine plant and We are carrying on the precommissioning, our contractor doesn’t want to do the degreasing of the piping and equipment because it doesn’t recognize this requirement in any international standard sush as shell DEP, ASME, etc.
Could someone help me to find any international standard in which is clearly written this degreasing requirement specifically for lean/rich amine plant/ curcuit?
