Modelling Gas Release in Shepherd 3.1

I am trying to run Shepherd Model for simulating Risk Contour in Gas Leaking Scenario and have problems making my strong headache. I use two Models, one is from imported FRED case and other one is filling result of FRED by hand only (Same input data, i mean). And, I see the difference result between two Models as attached files.
