i'm looking for training material for Functional safety from TUV
and this book from exida Certified Functional Safety Expert / Professional (CFSE / CFSP) Study Guide

There is no such training material...one can use exida books, SIL Selection and SIL Verification as a good reference. for TUV FSEng, one has to take training hours to appear in exam. Training agency provides good training material.
